Meetings

In the course of the preparatory study, at least two stakeholder meetings will be organised. Stakeholders who are registered on this website will receive an Email invitation for the meetings.

• First stakeholder meeting: focus on the MEErP Tasks 1 to 4. Indicative date: January 2025. Brussels(t.b.d.) and hybrid
• Second stakeholder meeting: focus on the MEErP Tasks 5 to 7. Indicative date: July 2025. Brussels(t.b.d.) and hybrid

Any stakeholder meeting is subject to confirmation of room availability at the European Commission. Please do not make your travel arrangement before receiving the final agenda about 4 weeks prior to the meeting.
